A Monster Of A Birthday...

As per his request, Brady's 4th Birthday Party had a Monster Truck theme. I've posted about his love/obsession with all things Monster Truck before, so his party/cake/presents could revolve around nothing else. On Sunday, we had a party at our house with the family. Brady was AWESOME to watch opening presents. He was so excited about each and every gift he opened. So cool. On Tuesday, his actual birthday, we headed over to Chuck E. Cheese for some pizza, games, and cake. Here is a video of all the birthday adventures...the songs in the video are two of Brady's favorites.

Happy 4th Birthday Brady!

This week we celebrated Brady's 4th birthday. I will post a video of all of the festivities soon, but for now I wanted to tell our firstborn son happy birthday! Brady, you are smart, tough, funny, and a wonderful brother to Payton and Landon. I love the dimple in your chin, and the fact that your face is constantly dirty. We love you so much, and it's hard to believe that you are already four!

The Best Thing Ever...

Happy Birthday Pops!

It has become a tradition over the past few years to have an "adults-only" dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. (Funny how the kids have quickly become the adults!) So, Sunday night we headed to Miyama, a hibachi style restaurant in Lone Tree to enjoy their 5280 meal.
Our chef, Jesus, wowed us with his utensil spinning, food flinging, and onion volcano creation...
We all got our chance to catch some flying shrimp in our mouths!
The food was delicious and it was so nice to relax and enjoy an hour or two of kid-free adult conversation.
The birthday boy requested a lemon poppy seed bundt cake for dessert...
