Christmas Day!

Hooray for Christmas morning!  (And by morning, let's just say the kids woke up EARLY!  (We were actually really worried that Brady would sneak downstairs without waking us up, and we really love catching their excitement on video, so we constructed a large barricade at the top of the stairs.  Thus, the bench (not shown are the hockey goals, string, bells, etc. :))

Legos were on the top of Brady's Christmas List this year, and Santa did not disappoint.  These three in one sets are awesome, he just constructed the 500+ piece car this past weekend.  He was quite proud as it is labeled ages 8-12!

All things football and Broncos were favorites for Landon.

And if Payton will hug Brady, she is definitely pumped about her gift.  It was so cute that Brady picked out the Slurpee machine all on his own and was so excited to give it to his big sister.

And finally, we hosted our traditional Christmas dinner for any family/friends that are in town.  On the menu this year?  Tri tip and brisket.  It actually turned out pretty good.  I was so busy prepping that I didn't get a picture of everyone at the table, but here are a few post meal shots.

Grandma Tammy bought the kids this giant cardboard train.  They have had a blast coloring it and playing in it in Brady's room!

Just like Payton, Grandma Inge was pretty sick.  So, she laid fairly low, but I wanted to make sure she got in at least one pic!  

So, I think that concludes this year's Christmas fun.  We had a wonderful time celebrating as a family and making memories.  And, just think...it took me so long to blog about the holiday that next' year's is only 10.5 months away! :)
