The 3rd graders at Twain have been very busy for the past few months in music class...they have been working on their music production called "Why Mosquitos Buzz in People's Ears.
Their performance was on a Tuesday night, so we all headed over to the gym to get some seats.
The show consisted of singing, dancing, musical instruments, homemade masks, and memorized lines. It was actually quite impressive that the music teacher was coordinating over 60 eight year olds!
Payton danced to the opening number....she is dancing next to her buddies Grace and Juliana. A few songs later, she spoke her lines and played the glockenschpiel :) Check it out!

Great job P! That story was one of my favorites that we read as a class when I taught 1st grade.
